1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and l8888 ("the Company", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of the l8888 platform, including all betting, casino, and gaming services accessible via l8888.bio and any related applications or services operated by l8888.

By completing the registration process, accessing the platform, placing a bet, or using any feature of l8888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of an employee of l8888, or any company associated with l8888, including game suppliers and payment service providers. Such persons are strictly prohibited from holding player accounts.

3Account Registration and Management

Each eligible person may hold only one active account on l8888. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. l8888 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and apply adjustments to any balances, bonuses, or winnings accrued across such accounts. The following conditions govern account registration and ongoing management.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information reasonably requested by l8888 for identity verification purposes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. If your mobile number or other contact details change, you must update your account within seven days of the change. Failure to maintain current contact information may delay account services including verification and withdrawal processing.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

l8888 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, although l8888 may apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large deposits at its discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your l8888 account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed in your mobile wallet. Delays caused by network issues or your payment provider are outside l8888's control.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. l8888 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or when additional verification is required.
• l8888 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond l8888's control and are your sole responsibility.

l8888 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds for any deposit. This is a standard regulatory compliance procedure. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in the withholding of withdrawal requests until the matter is resolved.

5Bonuses and Promotions

l8888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these Terms and to any specific bonus terms published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified time period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit only. A player may only claim a welcome bonus once, regardless of whether they open additional accounts. Duplicate account holders attempting to claim a welcome bonus a second time will have both accounts closed.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on l8888. Specific rules for individual sports, markets, and casino games are published within the relevant product section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted by l8888 cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the player, except in circumstances explicitly permitted under the specific rules of the relevant product.
• l8888 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of an obvious pricing error, technical fault, or data feed error. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's account. l8888 will not honour bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.

8Responsible Gaming

• Losses arising from temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, including through the use of shared devices, public Wi-Fi networks, or disclosing your password to third parties.

12Account Suspension and Termination

l8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if l8888 reasonably believes that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or if account closure is required for regulatory or legal compliance reasons. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, l8888 may freeze account funds pending investigation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting l8888 support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance after the deduction of applicable bonus balances subject to outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to your verified payment method within ten business days, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

13Amendments to These Terms

l8888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the l8888 platform, no less than seven days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
